District Contracting Group came to ROCK3RS seeking to rebrand their business and build an identity for their future. In a highly competitive market like Washington, D.C., we knew we had to research and inform our design process from a regional and national competitive market. By identifying big players and parallel players, we were able to allocate visual language direction.
The client wanted to anchor their visual identity to the DC iconography due to their involvement in the local market. After numerous explorations, we gave DCG a mark emphasizing the stripes and stars defining their service offerings and their vested presence in the region.
